Enform is a progressive, thriving organization serving the Canadian upstream petroleum industry. We welcome another professional member to the Health & Safety Training Team in the capacity of Health and Safety Program Manager.

Our Health and Safety Program Manager will bring five to 10 years of industry experience and a post-secondary diploma or certificate in adult education and/or health and safety. A CRSP is desired. The ideal candidate will share our commitment to providing quality products and services to our industry clients and stakeholders. This is a full-time position located in Calgary or Nisku with opportunities for occasional travel.

Our ideal Health and Safety Program Manager candidate will demonstrate:
• Project management skills; knowledge and experience developing training materials
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Facilitation and consensus-building skills
• Good work ethics and a desire to make a significant contribution to Enform’s training initiatives
• Highly developed written, verbal and electronic communication skills and computer applications
• A commitment to detail and professionalism in customer service, project management and teamwork
• Ability and desire to process new information and adopt new skills
